didn't work first night but they moved us quickly.
Reponse to our requests for assistance both with a faulty AC, and moving us promptly to another room.

The front desk was very friendly and informative. My requests were met with sincerity. If I was planning to stay in Ft. Lauderdale for a week and needed a place to stay, I wouldn't think twice about staying here. The kitchen is well-equiped. Even the soap and shampoo is nice. This hotel was outstanding. I would definitely look to stay in a Staybridge Inn Suites or their associated hotels again. Facilities, staff, extras were outstanding. Because it is a suite hotel, people choose to stay their throughout the winter - and I can see why! ...read more

This is a nice hotel to stay in. I stayed in a studio suite with a Queens size bed and a sofa bed. It is very cozy with 2 people; just like a little home. However, there is no whirlpool or spa; the heated outdoor pool is not so clean and warm. ...read more

The quality of the property was much higher than we had expected. The hotel offered a great continental breakfast that way exceeded the usual cold cereal and a donut. They offered a daily! Hot item, bake your own waffles, fresh bagels, breads, muffins , hot and cold cereals, several juices, donuts, fresh strawberries cream cheeses jams jellies teas coffee and even hot chocolate. All included with your room rate. Our room was a " 3rd floor paradise" large queen bed, full sleeper sofa, 2 small coffee tables, 2 end bedside tables, armor with TV, DVD and CD player, writing desk, 2 telephones, fully equipped kitchen with stove top full sized fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, double sink, dishwasher and a full sized microwave, plus coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pans plates flatware, daily delivered newspaper and even a pouch of micro-popcorn for late night snacks.!
